Ainda o Dr. Goebles

Aqui ficam alguns exemplos!!!

ChevronTexaco deletes "Biodiesel", Iraq fine

ChevronTexaco deletes entire Biodiesel (general) entry, also deletes info about fine imposed for violating Iraq oil sanctions http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=prev&oldid=6911356

Exxon-Valdez spill whitewash

A thorough accounting of the impact to a number of species affected by the Exxon-Valdez spill is replaced by an ExxonMobil employee, stating instead:

"Peer-reveiwed studies ... have confirmed that there has been no long-term severe impact to the Prince William Sound ecosystem. Thousands of species ... were never affected by the spill in the first place... six of the largest salmon harvests in history were recorded in the decade immediately following the spill."

The Israeli government *REALLY* doesn't like criticism about the West Bank wall.

Someone at the IP address of 147.237.70.14 within the Israeli government twice attempted to delete the entire article on the Israeli West Bank Barrier, replacing it with criticism of the UN's "racist" decision regarding the barrier's illegality, and claiming that "the world is helping the Arab conspiracy theories, and that "Their target is the complete and total distruction of the state of Israel and the Jewish people."

Republicans trying to re-write history of Iraq War?

Republican Party changes the "Post-Saddam" section of the Baath Party article to a different account of the war, changing the language from "US-led occupation" to "US-led liberation."

Dr. Goebles v.

Wikipedia Scanner allegedly shows that workers on the agency's computers made edits to the page of Iran's president.

It also purportedly shows that the Vatican has edited entries about Sinn Fein leader Gerry Adams.

The tool, developed by US researchers, trawls a list of 5.3m edits and matches them to the net address of the editor.

Daí surge a hipocrisia.

Walking to the shops ‘damages planet more than going by car’

"The sums were done by Chris Goodall, campaigning author of How to Live a Low-Carbon Life, based on the greenhouse gases created by intensive beef production. “Driving a typical UK car for 3 miles [4.8km] adds about 0.9 kg [2lb] of CO2 to the atmosphere,” he said, a calculation based on the Government’s official fuel emission figures. “If you walked instead, it would use about 180 calories. You’d need about 100g of beef to replace those calories, resulting in 3.6kg of emissions, or four times as much as driving."

Consider this tale of two planets. Earth and Venus are almost exactly the same size, and have almost exactly the same amount of carbon. The difference is that most of the carbon on Earth is in the ground — having been deposited there by various forms of life over the last 600 million years — and most of the carbon on Venus is in the atmosphere.

As a result, while the average temperature on Earth is a pleasant 59 degrees, the average temperature on Venus is 867 degrees. True, Venus is closer to the Sun than we are, but the fault is not in our star; Venus is three times hotter on average than Mercury, which is right next to the Sun. It’s the carbon dioxide.

Al-Gore

No, Mr. Gore, it’s not the carbon dioxide. If you take the trouble to do an internet search on Google for “carbon dioxide” + “Martian atmosphere,” you will learn that the Martian atmosphere is 95 percent carbon dioxide, yet the average surface temperature on Mars is -63° C (-81° F). (It's true that the atmosphere on Mars is only about .6 percent as dense as that on Earth, but it's also true that its relative concentration of carbon dioxide is about 2400 times as great as that of Earth, which appears to make up for the thinness of the Martian atmosphere about 14 times over.)

George Reisman

Ambos mostram a respectiva ignorância acerca do assunto.
